Attorney Deborah Thompson co-founded Thompson Family Law with the goal of helping Kansas families navigate some of their most stressful times. With more than 20 years of experience practicing law, Deborah has practiced in the areas of divorce, child custody, establishing paternity, adoptions, and child support issues.

Deborah grew up in Wichita, Kansas, is a graduate of the University of Kansas. She began her post-college career as a television news producer at KAKE-TV. She then attended law school at the University of Kansas. While in attendance she interned in the United States Attorney's office for the District of Kansas.

Deborah enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid Jayhawks, Royals and Chiefs fan.
